Cheddar Cheese and Herb Fondue Sauce

Ingredients	Measure
LAND O LAKES® Unsalted Butter	1 ounce (2 tablespoons)
Small onion, minced	1 onion
Dry white wine	16 ounce
LAND O LAKES® Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce or LAND O LAKES® Aged Cheddar Cheese Sauce	16 ounce
Salt and pepper	1 to taste

Heat LAND O LAKES® Unsalted Butter in medium skillet. Add onion and sauté over low heat until soft.
Add wine and gently simmer until mixture is reduced by half.
Mix in LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese Sauce, either variety. Heat gently, stirring several times. Taste and adjust seasonings.
