Eggs1 cup

Finely ground almonds1 cup

Semi-sweet baking chocolate4 ounce
LAND O’ LAKES® Butter2 tablespoon
Honey2 tablespoon

Rasberry puree1 cup
Cornstarch2 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Grease springform pan. Line with foil; grease foil.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup Butter and 8 ounces chocolate until smooth; cool.
  3. In large mixer bowl beat together sugar and eggs until light in color and foamy. Add remaining torte ingredients plus cooled chocolate. Beat on low until well mixed.
  4. Spread into pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  5. Cool 30 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely.
  6. Melt 4 ounces chocolate, 2 tablespoons Butter and honey until smooth. Cool slightly. Spread over top and sides of torte. Cool completely.
  7. In saucepan stir together raspberry puree and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.
  8. Portion 1 tablespoon sauce on plate. Place slice of torte on top. Garnish with whipped cream or powdered sugar.
