Ingredients

Water2/3 cup
White wine vinegar or vinegar1 cup
Caesar salad dressing mix5 ounce
 
Salad IngredientsMeasure
Uncooked dried rotelle (corkscrew or pasta twists)2 pound
Cooked medium shrimp, thawed2 pound
Italian lettuce blend4 pound
Tomatoes, cubed 1-inch4 tomatoe
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1-1/2 pound

Preparation

  1. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. If thinner consistency is desired, stir in additional water. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Cook rotelle. Drain; rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. In bowl combine chilled pasta, shrimp, lettuce and tomatoes. Pour desired amount of dressing over salad; toss to coat. Sprinkle with Cheese.
  4. If desired, top with croutons.
