Preparation

  1. PREPARE FILLING: Sauté green peppers, onions and mushrooms in 1 ounce butter.
  2. ASSEMBLE SANDWICH: With remaining butter, lightly butter hoagie buns. Toast buns on grill.
  3. Spread 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) cheese sauce on each bun bottom. Top with 3 ounces roast beef, 3 tablespoons vegetable mixture and bun top.
  4. If desired, warm sandwich in oven. *Any LAND O LAKES® Cheddar style cheese sauce can be used.
