It started back in 1921, when Land O’Lakes first introduced the world to rich, authentic sweet cream butter. Bonnie Chlebecek

Culinary Services Manager, Foodservice Division

Culinary Services Manager, Foodservice Division Bonnie is an indispensable resource for the Land O'Lakes Marketing and Sales staff. She is relied on for her expertise in product training, recipe and menu development, product testing and food trends. Bonnie has a BS in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of working with customers and LAND O LAKES® products.

Mark Petchenik

Corporate Executive Chef, Foodservice Division

Mark plays a critical role in helping the Foodservice Division satisfy the culinary needs of full service restaurants. After 24 years in the FSR arena, he is well qualified for the task. Before joining Land O’Lakes, he held positions ranging from chef to operations manager, including general management positions at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) and Rock Bottom Enterprises, Inc. He also owns and operates Petroot de México, S.A. de C.V., a restaurant operations consulting business based in Mexico. Mark earned an AOS Degree from the Culinary Institute of America and in 2008 received Certified Research Chef accreditation from the Research Chefs Association.

Michael O'Donnell

Corporate Executive Chef,, Foodservice Division

When the culinary teams of national restaurant chains are looking for innovative recipes and menu ideas, they look to Michael O’Donnell. He works as an extension of these teams, blending his passion, expertise and creativity with new product concepts and preparation ideas. His experience is another added value – his diverse background includes over 30 years of foodservice experience, including 12 years in culinary roles on the manufacturing side, in 2007 Michael received American Culinary Federations Certified Executive Chef credentials.

Becky Wahlund

Director, Test Kitchens and Consumer Affairs

Becky has a BS in Consumer Food Science at the University of Minnesota and began her career in the Land O’Lakes Test Kitchens where she held various roles within the department, including product assignments and publishing responsibilities. A move to Marketing and an MBA followed. As Director of the Test Kitchens and Consumer Affairs, she is able to leverage her 25-plus years experience. In addition to her management responsibilities, Becky is involved in numerous projects including an on-line newsletter, cookbook development, and baking and recipe research projects.

Shelley Colvin

Customer Concerns Lead

Shelley Colvin holds a Bachelor of Food Science degree and experience in restaurant and corporate kitchens as well as small business ownership. She has been a Customer Relations professional for over 23 years. She has managed the Land O’Lakes Customer Concern System for over 12 years. With their in-depth knowledge of Land O’Lakes products and operations, Shelley and the Customer Concerns team can resolve most any product issue. Christa Spaeth

Food and Nutrition Manager

Christa Spaeth, RD, LD, SNS, is the Food and Nutrition Manager in the Foodservice Division at Land O’Lakes. A registered dietitian, Christa has over 14 years of foodservice experience, including work in school nutrition programs, College and University Dining, menu planning as well as in the culinary arts field. She now utilizes this experience by leading nutrition support for Land O’Lakes NonCommercial Foodservice Division’s sales, marketing and R&D teams. Christa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the School Nutrition Association. Christa is credentialed with the School Nutrition Association and has been a HACCP trainer. She has completed several courses from the Culinary Institute of America and is a Certified Culinary Sales Professional.

Ronda Stingley

Senior School Specialist

Ronda Stingley, RD, SNS is a senior school specialist in the Foodservice Division at Land O’Lakes. As a registered dietitian, Ronda provides technical support for the School Foodservice Division in school product development, recipe testing, menu planning and nutritional analysis. She brings 20+ years of food management and clinical experience including positions in healthcare, child nutrition program administration and as a former school nutrition director. Ronda has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Food and Nutrition and is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the School Nutrition Association. She is a credentialed School Nutrition Specialist, certified as a Healthy Edge Trainer with the School Nutrition Association and a member of Minnesota School Nutrition Association Trainer Network.
